DUTY CLUB RESPONIBILITIES

MORNING  DUTY

(7.45 - 11.40)

Clubs are Required to:

• deliver food to canteen on arrival
• put out green rubbish bins around the courts and empty any full rubbish bins during the morning
• check toilet paper in toilets and replenish as required during the morning (available from Shop/Kitchen) 
• ensure toilets are clean
• take sanitary bins from disabled toilet in grandstand and place in pavilion toilets
• set up tables and chairs downstairs in eating area
• wipe tables and check that eating area is clean and tidy
• pick up rubbish around the Centre

AFTERNOON  DUTY

(11.40 - 3.20)

During the afternoon, clubs are required to:

• check eating area is clean and tidy and wipe tables as required
• check toilet paper in toilets and replenish fill as required
• End of day clean up:
• Take out all rubbish bin liners and put in green wheelie bins squash in so that they fit
• put bin liners in green rubbish bins and place under grandstand
• stack chairs and tables and put in corner of pavilion
• mop/sweep out under grandstand if in use
• clean all toilets in grandstand and put sanitary bins in grandstand disabled toilet for collection
• sweep pavilion
• pick up rubbish around courts and grandstand
• take down any Future Ferns goals left on goalposts and place in grandstand in cupboard opposite First Aid room
• check that all windows in grandstand and pavilion are closed and all lights are switched off

• tie carboard into bundles and leave next to wheelie bins

Food requirements for the day are:

• 2 doz Filled Rolls
• 3 cakes
• 3 slices
• 3 doz pizza buns
• 3 doz buttered items (scones, muffins loaves)
• Food must be at canteen by 8.30am at the latest
